But others prefer other activities.

However, there are a lot of articles about rugby on the HO city’s website.

Everywhere and everytime, it’s important to have a question of the reason in order to deeply consider any matters.
Well, let me ask you one question.
Why do they mention spreading or developing?
This circumstance should happens everywhere in all human societies.
Because the spreading and the developing haven't happened, they need to do the campain.
So let me ask you another question.
Why do they need to spread and develop rugby?
Rugby people like political power. They are using politics and government to spread rugby. It means that they play rugby with taxes.
Don't believe that rugby has already been expanded among adults.
Many adults prefer other sports, say baseball or football, or cultural activities, to rugby.
But due to recieving school education in HO city, their children may become one of rugby fans.
HO city earnestly educates how playing rugby but it doesn't educate the reason why we absolutely must choose rugby. And it makes not think the reason.
Perhaps, some teachers may answer that rugby is good to grow human body and spirit. Umm. I want you to answer it comparing other activities.
Thinking normally, I'm sure that rugby isn't absolute.
